Placeholder terms for the private beta. These will be replaced with full legal terms before general availability.

TraderInk is provided as-is during beta, without warranty. It is a trade journal and analytics tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice. Figures such as P&L, premium, and risk are estimates derived from the broker statements you import and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify against your broker's official records.

You are responsible for the data you upload and for complying with your broker's terms. Do not upload data you are not authorized to use. During beta, data may be reset and features may change or be removed.
